I had one banana in the kitchen that was too ripe to eat, so I decided to make banana bread. I hadn’t made banana bread since I was a kid, so this was a really fun experience. It turned out so good! I was really pleasantly surprised. It tasted buttery, mild, and subtly sweet. Very moist, too. I’ll make this more often.
